Remembering 2010

Lots of things happened in the Sprunk family this past year. Our son turned two years old, I was laid-off from ym job, the Jaguars failed to make the playoffs (again) . . .

The biggest event was the publication of my first novel. As the culmination of a dream two decades in the making, it has changed my life in more ways than I can easily explain.

But first I need to thank Lou Anders, my editor at Pyr Books, and Eddie Schneider, my agent. I don’t think I could have been more fortunate than to land in their capable hands.

The mental divide between being published and not is roughly the same as between a professional football player and the out-of-shape guy
